Sorry I haven't individually messaged everyone, I've been very poorly with the dreaded flu since Christmas eve and just haven't been on my phone since then and still struggling along but after a good bit of rest I'll be ready to see you all in the chair in 2025!!

Hi everyone! I'll try to keep this as short as possible while trying to cover everything 😅

Up until a few weeks ago I was worried about building my business back up after my unexpected extended maternity 😬 but since then it has went crazy! 🥳 Which is amazing for business but does come with it's own issues.
I have been inundated with messages so I want to try to make things run smoother for both of us.

💖Working days
I work Wednesday to Saturday. That means I'm only in the salon Wednesday to Saturday. Any patch tests that need done prior to an appointment need to take this into consideration. Patch tests can be done up until 48 hours before, if you're passing a day I'm not in the salon just pop a message in advance and I can check to see if any of the other girls will be in the salon to do it for you, if not it will have to be done sooner when I'm in.

💖 Messages
Feel free to message any day/time. I do have a separate work phone so don't worry about late messaging and disturbing me. I know sometimes when it's in your head you just need to send it 😅
I don't check messages much Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as they are my days off but I will where I can. If I see a message that needs to be replied to asap I will as soon as I see it. If I feel it can wait until I'm back at work, I'll reply my next working day.
If you message late Saturday night I try to message the Monday so you aren't left without a reply too long but if you don't hear from me I might be away or enjoying some family time and will be in touch as soon as I'm back to work.

💖 Appointments
If there is a certain date you need your hair done on/by please message me as far in advance as you can.
Saying that, never hesitate to message to see if I've had any cancellations if you have left it late, never hurts to check!
Please have your diary with you when you book and a few possible dates in mind to minimise going back and forth. I feel bad when people go away to check another date and come back and it's gone 😅 but I understand this is the only way with some people shifts etc.

This was Lucy's first visit to the salon. We did a half head of highlights leaving some of her gorgeous natural colour in between and rebalanced with the correct placement of foils as there was a lot of dark at the crown. 😍🔥
