Im the one behind the scenes, holding the vision for this space and pouring intention into everything that’s created here. Aurea was born from a deep passion for wellbeing and a belief that our bodies were designed with incredible wisdom and ability to restore, rebalance, and return to flow when given the right support.

My role in this work is simply to support that process, to help create space for the body to do what it was already created to do, with systems that are constantly working to heal, regulate, and bring us back into alignment.

Aurea is a place where you feel safe, supported, and cared for — where your wellbeing is honoured and where the body’s natural rhythm and flow can be gently restored.
