Phil’s Fades

I am now starting my hairdresser journey. I will keep you posted on my progress.

At the moment I am doing my shaving unit at college. I really feel confident in using the cutthroat razor and can do hot and cold towels shaving service. If anyone on my page we be interested in coming in to Walsall college on a Thursday evening for a free hot and cold shaving service message me. This will help towards signing my shaving unit off. Hello I have not yet mentioned about how much I love doing a beard. I have started to use the cutthroat razor doing hot and cold shave and shape up.

I have completed my final theory exam today I think I have done good. I only have till July and all going well I will have my level 3 in barbering. I feel my next step after this will be to start my training in hairdressing.

I had a go at doing Emily my work colleagues hair and I got good feed back.

Would like to thank everyone for your support and following me on my new journey which has led me to Phil’s fades, I’m sure you will all appreciate how hard it is to take the plunge and learn a new skill at a different stage in life, but I’m sure you will all agree I’m so proud of where my journey and hard work has led so far. Hey all. As a lot of you already know I’ve been on my Barbering journey for the past 100 years 😂😂(only joking). It’s been 18 months approximately since I enrolled at Walsall college due to me wanting my career to go in a different direction. I’m am now 40 going on 20 and ready to start knocking the fades out (only joking) I would be more comfortable doing a poodles hair or shearing a sheep😂😂.

Anyway back to reality. I’ve created my page so I can start boosting my profile and gaining some much needed publicity, hoping to gain some new clients.

I will post photos as I go along and I really hope you will find my page interesting and beneficial.
