I have to make myself work on the weekend on the busiest week of the year for people to book appointments in the week to cancel or no show like are you taking the absolute p**s! I’ve put my self out the weekend just cuz you lot think it’s ok to cancel & no show! From now on no appointments will be booked without a deposit & no shows or lates will be charge £10 I’ve had enough! It’s my business & you don’t realise how much I have to put myself out just to make clients happy! It’s not fair so please know your appointment won’t stand with me without a deposit & if you don’t have the money I mean why are you even booking for lashes in the first place! Enough said!
