During the summer months, flip-flops, sandals, and walking barefoot can increase friction, leading to more callus formation, especially on the heels and balls of the feet.

I’m the face behind the ring light papping you all before treatment 😂 I’m Katie, the founder of Vitalis Aesthetics - and if you’ve been here a while, you’ll know the vibe is very much: warm chats, honest advice, subtle tweaks and never any pressure 🙂 exactly how I want to be treated as a client.

I’m an NHS medic, Independent Prescriber and Level 7 trained, but above all, I want you to feel safe, listened to and completely comfortable in my chair.

I’m here for the nervous first-timers, the ‘I don’t want to look done’ girls, the mums who finally want to do something for themselves, and anyone who just wants trustworthy advice without the hard sell.

Just your normal, medical girl next door…but with (a big love for) anatomy knowledge, definitely a coffee in hand and a very slight laid-back perfectionist streak😂 it’s a blessing and a curse!
