I understand that illness, meetings, or family matters can arise, but a courtesy call or text is expected. My time is just as important as yours.
I run a business and have clients actively waiting for appointments. When you fail to attend without notice, that time is lost and cannot be offered to someone else. Not turning up without communication is disrespectful and unfair to both me and my clients.
Going forward, I expect proper notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.

We are not “just hairdressers” — we are trained professionals providing a specialised service, just like any other skilled profession. Our time and expertise deserve the same respect as any other job.
