While every Reiki experience is different, one of the most common things I've experienced myself when receiving a Reiki treatment and also from my clients is feeling deeply relaxed💆♀️💆♂️
All of my clients recently have fallen asleep during their treatments and one of my clients even told me afterwards that they struggle to switch off usually and it was like 'their mind went somewhere' for them to be so relaxed and not have a racing mind
