Would like to say a massive Thank you to Paul ph3_gas for helping one of my clients. Paul wanted to give something back to the community and chose AN to receive a free boiler. AN has stage 4 kidney failure, heart problems as well as other health concerns. A few months ago his boiler packed in and after numerous visits from another company to fix the problem and at a big cost it was determined the boiler needed replacing. AN couldn't afford the new boiler and was awaiting to see if he could get a grant but this was not guaranteed. AN was heating his home with electric radiators but had no hot water, he was placed into respite care until the problem was fixed but is missing his home.

Paul not only fitted him with a new boiler free of charge but also changed all pipework and vents, fitted him with a thermostat and carbon monoxide monitor.

No words can describe how thankful we are, you have gone above and beyond for him, you are one in a million Paul 😊

Any carer who thinks this is acceptable to leave in a fridge with a client living with dementia is definitely in the wrong job. Numerous meetings have been had with the company to discuss how carers should be checking dates and disposing of out of date food but yet another week goes by and here we are again not only out of date but clearly mouldy 😡

‼️ IMPORTANT‼️

It has been brought to my attention that for a while now people have been hearing that I don't work anymore or I don't do cleans anymore. I would like to assure people that as much as I'm quiet on social media I am definitely still working on the care and Cleaning side of the business. I may not be able to answer calIs as I'm usually with someone and as this is there time I don't believe in answering a call. If you leave a message I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I worked hard to build my reputation and create a business where elderly people genuinely felt cared for and had all their needs met; as well as the social and council having someone reliable who they can trust to help clients with no family or ensure a property is fit for them to be discharged from hospital at short notice; however it appears someone may be attempting to sabotage that.

From now on if you don't speak directly to myself (donna) then you unfortunately won't be going through Home Help Your Way who you have more than likely been recommended to contact. If I am unable to take on the work I will pass you onto a contact but that will be with a separate company and again not linked with Home Help Your Way.

Today we have lost a very special lady. It was an absolute pleasure to have been as you would say your best pal ❤️

We've been extremely quiet on our socials but very busy in the background. Weve helped a few people be able to return home from hospital to a safe clean place, as well as our regular daily schedule.

I thought we should share some before and afters over the next few days of those cleans. We know how much the hospitals are struggling for beds and if we can help just a little bit by doing a bit of cleaning so someone who is fit enough can return home then we will surely do it.

‼️We are pleased to announce we now have availability in the Salford/Manchester area.

We complete all types of cleans weekly, fortnightly, end of tenancy, bio cleans and safety cleans. A safety clean allows a client to return home from hospital to a safe, clean environment.
