Serenity With Sarah

Once upon a time I was young and lost in the world, I was craving a place to rest and cosy up in a loving and safe space.

This is my heartstrings in my lifes work. I want to give as many people as possible a place to feel safe and accepted.

My core values stem from a personal need to have a calm space in the world when the world felt cold and chaotic.

I hope to share this with you too.

Hot stones are back in the game! The new season is in swing now and my hot stones have been cosy all week!

I absolutely love a hot stones massage to relax and soothing the muscles.

I am loving my renewed energy for my craft recently. I'm inspired to bring back my signature essential oil blends!

I don't think they ever came back after covid tbh. So these really are a blast from the past, it's surprising how much covid affected everyone but looks like some time away has made my heart grow ever fonder.

🌺 Serenity - this blend is calming and soothing and my personal favourite. Balanced with frankinsence, lavender, ylang-ylang ylang-ylang and geranium.

🌿 Calm - designed specifically for reducing the symptoms of anxiety. Lavender to calm, frankinsence to ground, may chang to uplift, clary sage to balance and basil for self esteem. This blend is a supportive balance of calming and uplifting.

💮 Protection - designed for spiritual protection in mind in times when we need to be surrounded with an extra protective cloak. Bringing in old time essential oils of frankinsence, patchouli, sage, cedarwood and basil.

🏵 Focus - Designed to awaken the mind and aid in focusing at work or during study. Mind awakening rosemary, uplifting and soothing May Chang, Black Pepper to stimulate brain functioning basil for improving mental clarity.

☘️ Invigorate - an uplifting and awakening oil Blend. While remaining balanced with lavender and stimulating and grounding black pepper, this oil also has a citrus heart of lime, sweet orange and lemongrass.

It took me months to build these blends to their perfect balance and I'm so excited to bring them back and I have a few more designs in mind also.
