Dear clients!

I have had to think hard about this one ! In order for me NOT to put my prices up this is what is going to have to happen unfortunately.

1. Any last minute cancellation( within 48 hours ) half of your treatment will still have to be paid !.
2. Yes you still have to pay and cancel if you get a cold , cough or anything else I could catch , cos if am off ill and can’t work then I lose money so will have to put my price up ! .
3. If I have to cancel you then NO you do not have to pay and I will rebook you in asap!
4. Payment of treatment HAS to be paid BEFORE you leave unless we have spoken about it ( I am accommodating if needed but you do have to have that conversation with me before you arrive) .
5. Your treatment is book to what you ask for when booking so please don’t get offended if I can’t just fix you in for toes or something else you want instead ie you have gel then suddenly on the day want acrylics.
6. Be no later than 5 minutes to your appointment you know when it is you booked it !.
7. If am off on holiday or it’s not working hours DO NOT be text me it’s not appreciated at all especially at 10pm !!!!👏🏼 Boundaries people 👏🏼
8. NO phones especially in between coats ones I have prepped then hands must stay in front of you on the hand rest !
‼️All this is to prevent me from putting up my prices as I know how hard life is but this is my living too so don’t take the Micheal ‼️
