A Little Note About Booking ✨

Firstly, thank you so much for choosing our salon. It really does mean the world to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you into our little space.

To make sure every client receives the time and care they deserve, we’ve put together a few simple booking guidelines.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by sending us a message. Some colour services or bigger transformations may need a consultation first so we can plan the perfect appointment for you.

Deposits

For colour services, extensions, bridal bookings, and longer appointments, we may ask for a deposit to secure your booking. Your deposit simply comes off your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Need to Change Your Appointment?

We completely understand that life doesn’t always go to plan.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we’d really appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice. This gives us the chance to offer your appointment to someone on our waiting list.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation charge.

Running Late?

Please let us know if you’re running behind—we’ll always do our very best to accommodate you.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or rearrange your appointment so we don’t keep our other lovely clients waiting.

Missed Appointments

No-shows have a big impact on a small business. If you don’t attend your appointment without letting us know, the full cost of your booked service, or your deposit, will be charged. Future bookings may also require payment in full at the time of booking.

If You’re Not Completely Happy

Your happiness is so important to us. If you have any concerns after your appointment, please get in touch within 7 days. We’ll always listen and do our best to put things right where appropriate.
