*** Cancellation and No Show Policy ***

I fully appreciate that situations arise which means you can’t attend your appointment, we are all human at the end of the day.

Therefore I kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice of cancellation so I can try and fill your appointment time.

Cancellations made later than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of your treatment cost, for no shows and cancellations made on the day it’s 100% of the treatment cost.

It’s really hard but my booked appointments is all I earn in a day, a week and a month and I work out my total for that week in advance.

I’m sorry for re posting this on such a sunny day but I’ve had an influx of no shows recently and in some cases I’ve lost clients because they haven’t stuck to it.

I wanted to tell you all that I’ve been keeping the biggest secret for 4 months.
We are having our second baby boy due in April 💙

I apologise in advance, I know I have lied to a lot of you over the last 4 months but we had a bit of a scare so I was so scared to tell anybody our secret.

I will be taking 5 weeks maternity leave, I will come back to the salon for short periods of time to be able to make sure I get all your appointments back into a routine.
Hopefully, when I leave at at the beginning of April I will book you all back in again for 5 weeks time 💙

I hope you all understand but I can’t wait to start this new adventure with my salon family for the next 18 weeks
