How excess oil leads to spots
Overproduction: The sebaceous glands produce excess oil, especially during puberty due to hormonal changes.
Clogging: This extra oil mixes with dead skin cells and other impurities inside a pore or hair follicle.
Blockage: The mixture forms a plug. If it's trapped under the skin, it becomes a whitehead. If it's exposed to the air, it can oxidize and turn into a blackhead.

This is a 13 year olds oil iv removed during a Hydrafacial.. This little lady literally only had one black head which is amazing at her age , but as you can see there’s a good deal of oil here which could lead to more spots !! This was after I’d doubled cleaned her pores out with the derma heads !!
