🌿 I’ll be at the Wellness Fayre in West Malling this Saturday! 🌿
I’m really looking forward to sharing more about the work I do at the Mind • Body • Reset Wellness Fayre this weekend. 💛
Come over and have a chat with me about any pain, muscular tension, restricted movement or recurring problem areas affecting your everyday life, work, exercise or training.
I’ll be there to explain how my personalised, assessment-led approach may combine:
✨ Advanced Sports Massage
✨ Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release
✨ Systematic Kinesiology Muscle Testing
✨ Joint, muscle and movement assessments
✨ Individual treatment and recovery plans
Sometimes the source of discomfort isn’t where you actually feel it, so I look beyond the painful area to understand what may be contributing to the problem.
📅 Saturday 20th June 2026
⏰ 1:30pm–4:30pm
📍 West Malling, Kent
🎟️ £3 entry donation
All proceeds will be donated to support a local lady currently going through breast cancer treatment, so it’s also a lovely opportunity to support a very worthwhile local cause. 💗
There will be holistic therapies, wellbeing products, treatments, support services, guest speakers and lots of local businesses to discover.
Bring a friend or come along on your own — everyone is welcome. Please pop over and say hello! 😊

We spend so much time telling men to “man up” that we forget they’re human first.
Men cry.
Men get anxious.
Men experience trauma.
Men get abused.
Men become depressed.
Men go to therapy.
And do you know what?
None of those things make a man weak.
Pretending you’re okay when you’re falling apart… that’s exhausting.
Having the courage to say, “I’m not okay”?
That’s where real strength begins.
If you’re reading this and you’re struggling, this is your reminder…
You don’t have to carry it on your own.
And if you know a man who’s been unusually quiet lately, check in on him. Not with “Are you okay?” but with “Fancy a coffee?” or “I’ve been thinking about you.”
Sometimes that’s all it takes to open a conversation.
💙 Let’s normalise men talking before they reach breaking point.
One of the biggest myths about therapists, counsellors, and coaches is that their lives are perfect and they’ve “done all the work.”
Trust me… that’s not how it works.
We are human first.
We still experience heartbreak, loss, grief, challenges, self-doubt, and growth. The difference is that we’ve learned tools, skills, and knowledge.
Healing isn’t a destination you arrive at. It’s a lifelong journey.
In fact, I would question any therapist who believes they’ve got it all figured out. The best practitioners remain committed to their own learning, reflection, and healing because they understand what it feels like to sit in the uncomfortable stuff.
We don’t guide people from a place of perfection.
We guide them from a place of experience, compassion, and a commitment to keep doing our own work too.
“The goal isn’t to be healed. The goal is to be healing.” ✨

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ve probably wondered…
“What does Lucy actually do?” 😂
Honestly? I’ve wondered that myself a few times over the years.
I’ve spent 18 years working in children’s social care and the last 9 years supporting people through counselling and life coaching.
Along the way I’ve tried a few things.
Some worked brilliantly.
Some didn’t.
Some taught me lessons the hard way.
I even ventured into aesthetics.
And before my regular clients panic… don’t worry, you’re stuck with me. 😂 I’m committed to your journey and will continue supporting those I’ve already started working with.
But here’s what I’ve realised.
The thing I’ve loved most wasn’t the treatments.
It was the conversations.
The breakthroughs.
The moments people started believing in themselves again.
The moment someone stopped surviving and started living.
Whether I’m coaching, speaking on stage, hosting an event, delivering training, writing a book or supporting someone one-to-one, the thing that lights me up is transformation.
Helping people see what’s possible for themselves.
Helping them let go of the stories, fears and self-doubt that have kept them stuck.
Helping them reconnect with who they really are.
That’s what Aligned has always been about.
Not perfection.
Not pretending to have it all figured out.
Just real people creating real change.
So moving forward you’ll see more of that.
✨ Coaching
✨ Personal development
✨ Confidence building
✨ Transformation events
✨ Inspiring conversations
✨ Tools to help you level up your life
Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned through my own journey, it’s this:
You don’t have to stay where life left you.
You get to decide what happens next.
And that’s exactly what I’m doing.🚀✨
