we will try to respond to appointments and messages when we can during opening hours and when we are closed. Basically, we will respond asap 🤩

(But bear in mind we do have 4 children between us so we might forget / take our time. Just poke us if we have clearly ignored you!)

As a small business, we have a strict cancellation policy in place to protect our little salon. As self-employed gals, if client’s don’t show to their appointment and don’t cancel ahead of time, we don’t get paid.

We totally get that life happens and sometimes, cancelling last minute is completely unavoidable. We’re all human.

Please just give us a call or a text if you’re not able to come to your appointment 💘

Other things to note…

🪩we take both cash and card (we’re pretty easy going so don’t worry about having cash!)

🪩we love dogs to visit and have treats and water ready and waiting. However, please be mindful if you bring your furry pal that not all clients are dog lovers so please keep them on a lead.

🪩children are welcome anytime and remain your responsibility, we will just offer them stickers and sweeties.

🪩 and most importantly, if you’re not a client but you want to stop by and use our toilet, have a drink or just call to say hello, that’s absolutely perfectly fine! You don’t need to have your nails or hair done to be able to stop by and say hi 🤩

Our client hadn’t been to the hairdressers before and relied on the ol’ black box dye to upkeep her colour. We stripped it right back, added highlights and using K18 treatment revealed this stunning transformation!
