💜 What a wonderful afternoon at the International Day of Yoga event.
It was a pleasure to offer complimentary neck, shoulder and hand massages and spend time with so many lovely people. Everyone seemed to enjoy taking a moment to relax, unwind and focus on their wellbeing.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and to the organisers and volunteers who helped make the event such a welcoming and uplifting community celebration.
Days like these remind me how important it is to take time for ourselves, connect with others and simply pause for a moment of relaxation.

✨ Fairy Garden Transformation ✨

Yesterday was spent creating, planting and transforming my fairy garden, and I absolutely loved every minute of it. 🧚‍♀️🌸

A huge thank you to my friend Kelly and her lovely mum, Christine, for gifting me the most beautiful fairy house. It inspired me to completely revamp the garden and create a little magical space filled with imagination and joy.

Sometimes the simplest projects bring the greatest happiness. Now to keep adding those special little touches! 🍄✨

🌿 Care Home Wellbeing Visits
My sessions are designed to bring comfort, relaxation, engagement, and meaningful moments to residents. Visits can include sensory experiences, Reiki, hand and arm massage, Indian head massage, aromatherapy, herbal teas, homemade cacao treats, gentle movement, gentle chair exercises, footspa sessions, and calming music.

I love creating experiences that encourage connection, conversation, reminiscence, and joy while supporting overall wellbeing.

For those looking for some time to themselves, my Zen Den offers a peaceful space to relax, reset, and recharge.

Treatments available include:
