Thursday vibes 🦋

So many comments on this outfit today, including a lovely lady in Tesco who said I’m just admiring your outfit as she walked past.

I walked in work and one of my fab colleagues simply said…wow 🥰

I wore it last week for work and was stopped on the street three times by amazing women saying how beautiful I looked.

Kind words from lovely women mean more than they’ll ever know especially when you grew up with the most hurtful comments from girls.

Individuality never goes out of style 💖💫🦋

I’ve been a little quieter on here recently and it’s been nice not been on my phone as much but I have missed sharing my outfits and photos.

I’ve been working, training, laughing, living and learning, whilst also making space for the emotions that come with change, that means a bit of crying too and that’s always ok ❤️

June’s mindset and meditation evenings are available to book and we are looking at journaling, so I’m looking forward to this 🥰

Good Morning and Happy Wednesday amazing people ❤️

I’m still on a social media detox and working on breaking that habit of picking my phone up and clicking on several apps like insta, Facebook, WhatsApp, emails etc. I still on it but try and limit it to a couple of times a day now and I have a timer set, you won’t believe how quick that time goes when I’m down a rabbit hole of scrolling. 🫣

A few magical days away in Lanzarote, I took 4 photos in that time. It was an opportunity for a phone detox and to be in the moment with Ashani. Laughs, lots of sun, non alcoholic cocktails for us both and no socialising with anyone whatsoever 🤣

So much time to think too, the perfect reset ☀️

A few changes ahead, creating some healthier habits and less posting and less scrolling 🤪

Last nights meditation night was powerful with some amazing tools and visuals to support our daily living 🥰
