Domestic Abuse: Speak Out, Seek Support | Halton Housing 23/06/2026

Domestic Abuse: Speak Out, Seek Support 💜

With England playing tonight, many of us will be coming together to enjoy the game — but we also know that incidents of domestic abuse can increase during major football matches.

As part of the Halton Housing Partnership, we’re raising awareness and reminding everyone that domestic abuse is never okay. No result on the pitch should ever lead to harm at home.

Domestic abuse remains one of the most under-reported crimes in the UK, affecting thousands of people in Halton each year.

If you or someone you know is affected, please remember support is available — you are not alone.
