Polite Reminder. Without 24 hours notice a late cancellation fee of 50% will apply. It's not a policy I want in place but it's there to protect not only my income but how efficiently my business runs. I can't offer appointments to other clients who are waiting with minimal notice. Thankyou. Jo x

Super Polite Notice..... My Family Life has been suffering recently so as a result of this I will be taking Sunday and Monday off from replying to messages. Super Polite Notice.... As of Monday 6 March I will require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure an Appointment. A minimum of 24 Hours notice is required for cancellation in order for me to work my Appointment System at it's best for my Small Business to keep thriving. There's not enough hours in the day and I 100% understand this but if you message me with regards appointment dates/times etc please understand that I hold these for you for at least 24 hours out of courtesy.
