While im offshore, these are some of the techniques I use to ground myself

An insight into my life. Im an offshore worker, a stewardess on the oil rigs. Sometimes, I work on vessels like fpso's, and sometimes it's jack ups, semi subs, or drillers, but mostly fixed platforms called rigs. Im usually in the North Sea commuting to Aberdeen or Norwich. But I've worked in the North Atlantic Ocean numerous times and also from Holland and Denmark too.

The anxious, intrusive, and self limiting thoughts are energy blocks 🚫 trapped in the body. Using the Stellar Earth Method, I can identify the blocks and shift them, allowing a natural energy flow.
