Wanted to say a huge thank you from all of us instore for the support and love we've received over the last few weeks 💕 for those that haven't been able to pop in,your closest store is the wonderful
💕 I can vouch for the team and say with my hand on my heart they are the friendliest,bubbliest, slightly crazy at times (but who isnt) and I know they will look after any and all customers instore ❤️🥰

Today marks the end of an era 💚 The Body Shop has been in the Grand Arcade since March 2007 and today we locked the doors one last time after everything had been packed and collected 💚
Thank you to all past and recent loyal customers, its been a pleasure 💕
we will miss you so much 💕

As today is Wigan last day of being open to the public before we are given two days to pack it up I’m re sharing this petition.

It is currently legal in the UK for businesses to buy other businesses to intentionally place them into administration and asset strip, this includes being able to sack company employees with no notice on the spot and no redundancy with the “14 day” loophole meaning hard working uk tax payers have to foot the bill.
My store was told on Thursday we would be closing in 6 days and it’s our responsibility to pack it all up and close it all down.

The petition currently has 1,900 signatures, we are wanting to put an end to this practice so no one ever experiences what we have had to go through, they chose to do this to a company full of people who’s founder stood for freedom of speech and the right to peaceful protest. They chose the wrong company as we aren’t about going quietly. Help us get “Anita’s law” talked about.
