We have had a lovely lie in after another night celebrating hubby's birthday. Although we've just realised we've no milk for a brew 😭 so I need to nip to the shop and then I can go back to.doing nothing 🤣🤣

My bereavement support groups are back in August, my advert has had a little update which allows the hub to be able to share it on their page too 😊

This is so very true.
This week I have seen and spoken to so many people who have become so anxious, struggling with panic attacks, struggling to recognise themselves. To the point there body has said "NO MORE!" They have hit burnout.
If you don't look after your wellbeing, your physical health will also suffer 💞✨️
