After a difficult few months, I’ve come to the decision to change my working hours.

The work load is most definitely taking a toll and for once in my life I have to put myself first 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹

Unfortunately, I will be no longer doing a late night Wednesday (which meant working till 10pm 😴🕙) or working from 7:30am on Saturdays.

I know the above may not be suitable for everyone and there may be times I’ll be unable to offer everyone an appointment, for which I can only apologise 😔

I desperately want to be the happy me again and enjoy the job I’ve always loved….not the pressured, overworked, not eating, working “silly hours” woman I’ve become, that’s just not me.

I wanted to be honest with you all so I hope you can understand.
