Unfortunately yesterday I had a ( no show out of area ) 1 hr round trip !!

I understand that unexpected things happen last minute and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

That said, please don’t confirm an appointment and then fail to answer the door or respond to calls or messages. Travelling 30 minutes for a confirmed appointment that results in a no-show wastes valuable time and prevents that slot from being offered to another client.

I work full time alongside my Spray tanning and spaces can be limited. As a little business still trying to grow, it’s quite disappointing when these things happen. 😩

If you can’t make an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible ♥️
