If anyone books an appointment with me I will require a non refundable £10 deposit on treatments that cost £15 or more.
Unfortunately this has to happen as I've had people over the months either not turn up or cancel last minute.
I cannot afford to let this slide anymore as I'm trying to provide for my family. If you are going to cancel please can you do so 24 hrs before your treatment date.
