I am a qualified nurse who has trained in semi permanent make-up in 2007. Most of my work has been for the NHS I therefore have no client base. I am looking for clients to build my client base up. I am offering semi permanent make-up at a greatly reduced price. £99 topup recommended 4 weeks later £20. The first 5 to reply will receive their topup FREE.
