Please, please, please — if you have an appointment and can’t make it, just let me know.
Not showing up, cancelling last minute, or blocking me is incredibly hurtful and honestly just rude. This is my business, my livelihood, and how I feed my children and pay my bills. I’ve always been accommodating, flexible, and understanding with every single client — so I genuinely expect the same respect in return.

I’m not a charity, and I’m not someone who can be used or taken advantage of. I’ve been soft and lenient for a long time, but enough is enough.

Going forward:

All appointments will now require a deposit

All services must be paid in full before leaving the salon

I feel really bad having to post this, but it’s necessary. Thank you to all of my amazing clients who always respect my time — you’re the reason I love what I do. 💛
