It has been necessary for me to make some price increases due to product price increases, etc
It has been almost 3 years since my last price increase and im sorry to do this.

I would also like to remind you all that I require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel.
My workplace is also my home so please arrive on time and not too early as I dont have waiting room facilities unfortunately

I'm just sharing this.... again.... these are my terms and conditions of booking an appt. I will send it separately to each of my clients, but since last Monday, I've lost £150 in last-minute cancellations and no shows, and it soon won't be viable for me to continue in this way. I will give it to the end of the month, but a non refundable deposit may be put in place going forward.
Failure to give 24-hour notice or no shows..... a further appt will not be able to go ahead without full payment of the missed appt first

Sorry to be negative, but if ur wages were missing £150 that would be unacceptable

Saturdays will be by prior appt only and I'm only available to work 1 or 2 per month

I don't post much on here but thought this was the best way to get to everyone

I'm so sorry to announce a price increase on my Gel Nails & Toes to £15 each (£25 for both together) I have tried for as long as I can to keep my prices down and I understand how horrible it is to see everything rising 😢
The price increase shocked me on my.last visit to the wholesalers and I have no choice but to increase in line with them
THE PRICE INCREASE WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST DECEMBER 2022

I will always provide free removal with a fresh application, you get to take the nail file and buffing block i have used on you home

I will be posting a little black Friday offer tomorrow

Hello Everyone

Let me start by saying this is absolutely the worst part of my job but I need to say it. Over the last 4 weeks I've lost almost £500 in no shows and last minute cancellations. It is not financially viable for my business to continue in this way . This feels even more sad after having two such awful years with covid and no income due to closure and no government help whatsoever. I am just one person working to provide for my family, I always accommodate appts at any time, never have clients crossing over for covid safety and have never rushed anyone.
