💛 New Mum & Baby Class at The Studio 💛

💛 Wednesdays at 10.00am 💛

Yesterday, we had a practice run for a new class at The Studio, for mums getting back into, or starting their fitness journey after having a baby 💞

This class focuses on strength and core exercises, with some low impact cardio and mobility moves too (options for more impact and faster moves if required) 💪🏼

You can come along with your baby, and complete the exercises in your own time, working around any feeds, nappy changes or cuddles that might be needed 😍

It's a relaxed session, giving you the opportunity to move your body, learn new exercises and meet other new mums 💞

Twin mummies, the class price is per adult, not per child, so you won't be paying double. And I'm an extra pair of hands to help you 💞

This is not a baby wearing class. Baby will be on a mat, just chilling out, watching the disco lights 🤩 Mats are provided, but you will need to bring a blanket or two and some toys for your little one.

£7.00 per session or £35.00 for 6 sessions (The 6 class pass is not limited to use for this class, and can be used for any other classes at The Studio that you may wish to try over a period of 8 weeks)
