So if there is one bit of advice I can give to you it’s ——
•
START FORWARD THINKING as hairdressers we are 100 million miles per hr, I know I am and it’s really easy to mess up things like your booking system not ordering something even asking someone to get the kids from school 🤣 booking holidays out your diary!! But if you take a hr or so out of your working week and make some lists ✍🏼about your up coming weeks example a salon shopping list /your colour order all your available appointments this will clear your head and get you a week ahead - now I know what your thinking 🤔 it’s easy for you to say it but where do you start !!! The trick is don’t overthink just do ✔️ and I know we are all super busy but I’m sure you can put 10-20-30 minutes out your working week to make some small changes!!

So when you have a gap in your diary on that day you can’t say ow I wish I would of advertised that last week or ow s**t !! I forgot I don’t have any base 5 in stock and crap Iv ran out of sugar but I’m behind and I can’t nip to the shop that will set my day back !! Make the smallest changes and the big ones won’t seem to hard I have some templates made up so if you want a copy DM me I would be happy to email over a copy to save you some time 🫶🏼📲

PS I’m done for the year of planning I’m on January 2024 and I’m full for the rest of this year it’s worked for me so I’m not talking 💩 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As I’m now a senior in more than one way 🤣 40+hairdresser/stylist/artist/technician (gosh we have so many names for are profession) I feel I have the right to share things that have made me a successful salon owner & teacher for over 20years, but REAL STUFF !!
