Unfortunately some of my customers now have long term affects from Covid. For this reason we have altered the accessibility to the salon. The steps have now been replaced by a ramp x

EXCITING NEWSFLASH!!!!!
Ive been given the go ahead to start work again three weeks after my second jab. So my reopening date will be Monday 14th June!
My ladies who were booked in and had to be cancelled at the beginning of the pandemic will be offered the first appointments. So if you were one of those ladies and you would like to book in please inbox me. All deposits have been rolled over for you.
Ladies who bought vouchers during lockdown, you will have until 14th July to use those as they are valid for one month from reopening. Please could you inbox me if you would like to book.
It will be a strict mask policy for customers as well as myself. Lillie still cannot be vaccinated so I have to do everything I can to keep her safe. So it will be a no mask no entry policy im afraid ladies.
A deposit will be required to book as normal. Deposits will be non refundable. If the government decide to close beauticians again then the deposit will be held until I can reopen.

Dig out that oatmeal from the back of the cupboard and put it to good use!

If you're looking for a quick pick me up to make you feel and look better why not try an oatmeal facial?!

Mix 1/2 cup hot but not boiling water with 1/3 cup oatmeal. Leave it to settle for two to three minutes. Mix in 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 small egg white.

Apply a thin layer to your face and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. X

When life give you lemons........make a face mask!

You can make a face mask that both exfoliates and moisturises by mixing the juice from one lemon with 1/4 cup of olive oil or sweet almond oil.

Leave on for 10-15 mins rinse and enjoy the fresh feeling! X

Pamper with an EGG???!!!

Yes that's right! An egg!

If you have dry skin than needs moisturising separate the egg and beat the yolk. For oily skin beat the egg white with a bit of honey and lemon.

For normal skin beat the entire egg.

Whichever way you choose to use it, apply the beaten egg, relax for thirty minutes then rinse.

Enjoy your new fresh face! X

HOMEMADE FACE MASK FROM BANANAS!

I'm going to share with you a range of facial masks that can be made from ingredients most people will already have in their kitchens. They're very simple and easy to use and suitable for all skin types (as long as you're not allergic to the foods!)

The banana face mask is an all natural mask that moisturises the skin and leaves it looking and feeling softer.

All you need to do if mash up a medium sized banana using a fork. Make sure the banana is ripe and work it into a smooth paste.

Gently apply it to yor face and neck. Let it set for ten to twenty minutes. Rinse it off with cold water.

If you're not keen on just smothering your face in banana or if you have problematic skin then you can use the following instead.

1/4 cup plain yoghurt, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 medium ripe banana. Mix all together thoroughly then smooth onto skin. Leave for ten to twenty minutes then wash off with cold water.
