This is a yoga class that is purely for men. My husband has been going to the class for a few years now and can 100% recommend it. A class for men run by Jon on a Thursday evening in Ringwood. There is also a photo of another class run on a Monday afternoon which is for men or women. I have been to this class and it’s incredibly relaxing and surprisingly deeply effective on a muscular level as well. I recommend all of my clients to yoga and I have a few different contacts that I will recommend. Kate Jenkins is also a fantastic yoga teacher who runs classes in Wimborne.
