Here are some top tips on how you should clean your makeup brushes!

The best and most thorough method for cleaning your tools requires water and either a gentle soap or brush cleanser. Don't use regular soap as this will dry out the bristles!

⭐Wet the bristles with lukewarm water first.💧

⭐Place a drop of your gentle soap or cleanser of choice into the palm of your clean hand.🤲

⭐Gently massage the tips of the bristles in your palm.

⭐Thoroughly rinse the bristles and squeeze out the excess moisture with a clean towel.

⭐Make sure to re-form the brush head back into its original shape.

⭐Let the brush dry with its bristles hanging off the edge of a counter, which allows it to dry in the correct shape. Make sure to never let your brushes dry on a towel, this can cause mildew.❌

If your brushes are adequately washed and dried correctly when they should, then they will last you a while (maybe even years) before needing to be replaced. But if a brush's bristles have started to shed, or if stray bristles won't align, then it's time for a replacement!💖
