Lou Walker Sports Massage
Qualified sports massage therapist. Level 4 member of the Sports Massage Association. Clinic near Winchester.
Lovely feed back from Lily: "Lou was brilliant. She really focused on the areas I was feeling the tension in - stretching and massaging and checking in to see how things were feeling for me. After treatment I felt a lot looser, lighter and more relaxed. Thank you!"

Hello everyone. Just wanted to explain that, along with medical and paramedical services, I will be retaining all covid precautions for the timebeing. Cases are rising and I have a duty of care to protect clients as well as my family as well as I can. Anedotally I'm hearing of cases of double-jabbed people still contracting covid (Sajid Javid wasn't the first) so we're not out of the woods yet.
That means we'll still do the pre-massage covid screening and I'll ask you still to wear a mask. I hope you won't consider it too much of an inconvenience in the great scheme of things.
Also, I'll be asking clients who aren't vaccinated to have a brief phone call before their appointment. Obviously I'd prefer that all clients are fully-vaccinated, but I recognise that there may be circumstances under which this isn't possible.

Hello everyone. It looks as though sports massage may be possible from 12th April.
If you'd like to book an appointment (mornings only), email me on [email protected]. If we need to cancel or postpone nearer the time, we can.
I'm having my first vaccination on 18th March so there's an extra layer of protection, perhaps. We'll stick to the full PPE and precautions which were in place last year including masks for both you and me.
