Here are my 5 go-to rituals to revive my skin post-summer glow-up:

1. Warming honey Cleanser - iykyk! 🍯 a perfect 2nd or third cleanse, this beautifully luxurious cleanser gently warms up and exfoliates the skin, with natural antibacterial qualities, this for me is autumn in a bottle, and a total reset for the skin. Skin feels soft, nourished oh so clean 🫧

2. treatments - if anything is going to see off that sun damage it’s this magic 🪄a totally addictive regenerating treatment, nothing compares to the deep healing and collagen boosting affects of this treatment. Pigmentation and sun damage be gone!

3. LED light therapy - well if I haven’t banged on about this enough in treatment to you then we need a chat 😝 10 mins a night will get your skin back to glowy gorgeousness, stimulating collagen and elastic at the basal layer, commitment is key here but just before bed for me works a treat and ensures a good sleep as an added bonus 😴
