BackBliss Lotion & Cream applicator is a tool designed to help apply lotion or cream on hard-to-reach areas of the back. If you want to use this tool to apply a night cap lotion on your back, here are some general steps to follow:

1️⃣ Choose a night cap lotion that is suitable for your skin type and preferences. Make sure the lotion is not too heavy or greasy, as it may feel uncomfortable during sleep.

2️⃣ Take the Lotion & Cream applicator and attach the lotion or cream to the pad or sponge at the end of the tool. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for attaching the lotion or cream.

3️⃣ Hold the tool by its handle and use the pads or sponge to apply the lotion or cream to your back. Move the tool up and down, left and right, and in circular motions to ensure that the lotion or cream is evenly distributed.

If necessary, ask someone for help to reach areas that are difficult to reach on your own.

4️⃣ Once you have applied the lotion or cream to your entire back, allow it to dry before putting on your nightwear.
