You can cause yourself more damage by receiving the wrong massage for your condition or body type please discuss your problamatic concerns or medical conditions before jumping in massage increases blood flow and temp and if on medication can quicken these affects

NOT EVERYONE NEEDS A DEEP TISSUE 🤦‍♀️
