Loss since surgery 50lb TODAY! Total loss 84lb (8 months of Ozempic prior to surgery) started October 2023, surgery June 2024

Lost 5 1/2 stone now!! Anyone want to buy my paintings?

It’s been a while!!! Finally in the 14s whoop!!!

Update… was saving this for my holiday … too flipping big now !! 😂

Birthday lunch with mum and dad… looking forward to some prawn tapas… I think the weigh loss is noticeable!!

Off to see friends in France… not my usual breakfast at the airport but winner winner with the seatbelt on the plane!! Last year I had to ask for an extender 😂

No loss this week, I’ve been a bit naughty and clearly alcohol isn’t good for weight loss .. take note Sara!!

I hit the 15s today whooop!! I was
Nearly 20 stone so I’m down over 4 stone! Corrr my ankles are loving me ( you wouldn’t believe how painful they were) 🥳

One scrambled egg and a slice of smoked salmon, it’s like Christmas morning every day!! Great protein breakfast if you don’t like sweet things or shakes… it’s going well

FAT LOSS UPDATE… so it’s slowing down which is understandable as I’ve had no ruddy energy to do anything, in fact an afternoon snooze is my new best friend!! Blood test Monday to check B12 etc anyhow, same T-shirt about a year apart. 2 stone since the surgery but about 3 1/2 since the photo ( I think)
