Three days of the part not showing ( still not here despite next day delivery!!) we found another thanks to my lovely clients husband Jacky Lovejoy, Thankyou Ollie Howe for coming early tomorrow morning to fit it ( we love you) and Charlotte Osborne what a few stressy days we have had, nearly there!! 🧡 big love # # #

Hello... so Monday we are back!!! can’t wait to see you all, and once again Thankyou so much for all the love and support I have felt through this 3rd lockdown 🧡
I’m just going to run through what to expect when you next visit... I have left messages and contacted you all, but please do yell if I’ve missed you.

Please allow plenty of time for your appointments , as I will often have two clients in at any one time and it’s going to be tricky to judge the timings until I see you on the day, everyone will need extra time .

Could you arrive as near as possible to your appointment time, as we will not have a waiting area still ( which will mean we will not have room for you to bring partners friends or children along with you) , re our salon guidelines. If I’m running ahead or late I will do my best to let you know in advance.

We will also have the salon door locked , just to keep control of the salon in and out flow, but as always we will be looking out for you, to get you in as quick as we can .

We are once again unable to serve any drinks, hot or cold, but you are very welcome to bring your own refreshments, but ask you to take any rubbish away with you to dispose of.

If possible bring the least amount of items with you as we are unable to store coats and bags, a shopper bag might be great, just to pop any items in by your feet.

We will have temp checks, hand sanitizer & track and trace at the door on arrival, please ensure you have your masks handy.

If you are at all feeling unwell on the day of your appointment ,please let me know so I can book you an alternative slot if available. And where possible give me plenty of notice so I can maybe offer to another client waiting .

I’m lightly to not, be near my phone much so please be patient , I will always do my best to return texts, but due to this really busy period I might not get much time to respond .

I hope I’ve covered everything, any queries drop me a message... can’t wait to welcome you all back, I have missed you all so much!!!

Hello, so I’m slowly getting in touch... please let me know if anything has changed with your hair, if you have coloured it yourself, as extra time may be needed, as much info you can give me in your replies helps so much.
Also every colour client will need to be re skin tested, I will be in the salon 10-12 on Saturday the 10th to do this, takes two seconds .
All colour appointments booked, I’m asking for you to allow plenty of time as everybody needs so much it’s very hard to judge the timings of each client.
