I’ve resisted this for a long time but I’ve finally caved… if you’ve seen me in the past but are feeling a bit lost, fallen off the skincare wagon or just want a check in to see how your skin is doing, I’m now offering a shorter re-visit skin analysis session where we can compare your ‘before’ results. Cost is £50.
I do say it needs to be at least 3 years since you’ve seen me however!
Collagen in your creams does NOT help you produce new collagen. The only ingredient in any skincare product that has the capacity to produce new collagen is a retinoid. FACT 😉

It’s worth £25 and is designed more as a daily skin-health product than a “maximum SPF beach holiday sunscreen”.
It combines broad-spectrum UV protection with antioxidants such as vitamins C, E and beta-carotene to help reduce free-radical damage from UV exposure and pollution.
It often feels more cosmetically elegant because it’s:
* Lightweight and creamy
* Sits well under makeup
* Less heavy or occlusive than some SPF 50 products
* Comfortable for everyday wear
RAD also includes antioxidants such as:
* Vitamin C
* Vitamin E
* Beta-carotene
These help neutralise free radicals generated by UV exposure and environmental stressors.
Higher SPF products often require more UV filters. Some people find lower-SPF formulas:
* Less irritating
* Less greasy
* Less likely to sting sensitive eyes
