As many of you know, the salon can become extremely hot during periods of high temperatures.

Any appointment changes made due to the weather on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday will not be subject to our usual deposit or cancellation policy. I will happily reschedule your appointment free of charge

To keep things fair and to protect my time and business, there will now be a 33% charge for any same day cancellations.

If you have a blowdry subscription, the blowdry booked for that appointment will be lost if cancelled on the same day.

Non refundable deposits will also now be required to secure all appointments.

I never want to have to put policies like this in place, but as a small business owner I hope you can understand and respect my time just as I respect yours 🤍
