Hey everyone,

So i've decided to decided to run London Landmarks Half Marathon 2023 🙈 I know, i'm not sure what I was thinking either - this year I won't just be treating my running patients that visit clinic, I will be at the starting line with the rest of you and feeling your excitement, nerves and pain!

But the clock is ticking and now only 50 days away!
I am running for 'Tough Enough To Care', a charity aiming to eradicate the stigma surrounding mental ill health and supporting those who struggle.
