I see it quite often. Sometimes your braid ends up being inverted at the root but you've literally braided them all the same way.

Too tip: section the square in half. Top half 3 strands, bottom half 2 strands. Start your braid as normal but add the bottom 2 strands after you've rotated the top 3.

Asses your clients nails each infil. Splits? Cracks? Breakages? As the length grows sometimes the products used cannot maintain the strength needed so consider changing the product to suit the clients needs because it's not 1 product for all.
