As we approach the summer solstice with love and warmth, we’d like to give you a little look into our first outdoor sound meditation, which we had the pleasure of hosting last month in a private setting.
Sound meditation outdoors can be deeply restorative and connective, as the frequencies work with nature in unison.
We are already fully booked for tomorrow’s sound meditation at the salon, but we look forward to hosting our next one on Wednesday 1st of July at 6pm.
