Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, and Chemical treatments like rebounding, keratin, and perming.
- Provide consultation to clients on suitable hairstyles based on their preferences
- Demonstrate expertise in various techniques such as barbering, makeup application, and eyelash extensions
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations and salon areas
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in hair colouring techniques and trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of store management practices is advantageous
- Certification in hairdressing or a relevant field is required.
