Hello lovelies 🤍

Running two businesses, juggling the menopause, and having 5 beautiful ladies depending on you every day to keep the shop running perfectly… it’s not for the faint-hearted.

Some days I thrive on it.
Some days it honestly feels overwhelming.

Trying to learn how to handle a body and mind that don’t always feel like my own lately, whilst carrying the responsibility of multiple businesses and the people who rely on you every day, can feel incredibly heavy at times.

Being a mum of two alongside all of that means life rarely slows down, and when you run your own businesses, the pressure doesn’t switch off. There’s no one above you to hand things over to, no one to fully delegate the weight of responsibility to at the end of the day.

And while I’m incredibly grateful for everything we’ve built, sometimes I do need a little breather too.

Behind every small business is a person trying to hold everything together while still showing up with a smile.

So if you’re also spinning a hundred plates right now… be kind to yourself 🤍

✨ Pregnancy Coffee Morning ✨

Come and join us this month at Ivy & Lace Wellness for a relaxed and welcoming morning all about pregnancy, birth, babies, and support 🤍

The coffee morning will be hosted by myself alongside the lovely Joy from , an Independent Midwife, where we’ll be there to chat, answer questions, and hold space for all things pregnancy and birth ☺️

We’ll also be joined by the wonderful Laura from , who will be enjoying a stroll around Langold Lake beforehand before coming along to join us 💛🌿

Whether you’re newly pregnant, preparing for birth, or simply wanting to connect with other mums-to-be, you are so welcome.
