Regulamin obowiązuje od dnia dzisiejszego czyli 07.10.2025 osoby które są juz zapisane na usługę w salonie nie potrzebują wpłać depozytu,ale już przy następnym umówieniu się tak.

REGULAMIN SALONU HAIR LAB

Salon Hair Lab – zasady rezerwacji i anulowania wizy

1. Rezerwacja wizyty w salonie Hair Lab jest potwierdzona po wpłacie depozytu:
• £10 w przypadku strzyżenia damskiego
• £20 w przypadku innych usług fryzjerskich.
2. Depozyt jest zaliczany na poczet ceny usługi w dniu wizyty.
3. Klient może bezpłatnie odwołać lub przełożyć wizytę najpóźniej 24 godziny przed umówionym terminem.
4. Odwołanie wizyty później niż 24 godziny przed terminem lub niepojawienie się na wizycie skutkuje utratą depozytu.
5. Spóźnienie powyżej 15 minut może skutkować skróceniem usługi lub jej anulowaniem, bez zwrotu depozytu.
6. Wpłacony depozyt może być przeniesiony na inny termin, jeśli zmiana została zgłoszona z wyprzedzeniem co najmniej 24 godzin.
7. Umawiając wizytę, klient akceptuje powyższe warunki regulaminu.

Hair Lab salon regulations

These regulations are effective as of today, October 7, 2025. Those who are already scheduled for a service at the salon do not need to pay a deposit, but they will do so upon their next appointment.

1. A booking at Hair Lab is confirmed once a deposit has been paid:
• £10 for a Lady haircut
• £20 for all other hair services.
2. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of the appointment.
3. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend, will result in loss of the deposit.
5. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or cancelled, with no deposit refund.
6. Deposits be transferred to another date if the change is made at least 24 hours in advance.
7. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the terms of this policy.
