We have such a loyal and amazing clientele who turn up to every appointment, it’s the small minority who think it’s okay to just not turn up.

Clients can still pay cash even if you have secured your appointment with your details. You won’t be asked to input them again unless your details change. If you download the fresha app you can see all your appointments & amend all in one place.

We’ve had some calls regarding a message being sent out by fresha asking for card details. You ARE NOT being charged for anything regarding that appointment or any upcoming appointments. The new system with fresha is asking customers to confirm their appointments holding details on there to protect the business against no shows and late cancellations. This happens in many businesses now not just with hair salons or beauty salons and we are only wanting to protect the business and our staff. We have an amazing loyal clientele and we all appreciate your custom to us.

Total transformation 🤩 it’s been a while since we have done this lovely lady’s hair but was so good to totally transform her hair 🌟 Starting with a super big chop for the restyle and then blonding up leaving some natural coming through and feathered up to create a more natural look without too much commitment to colour.

- A great service to have in between is a toner, keeping the hair looking fresh and shiny inbetween visits.
