Fern's Nails

Hi,
I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything, but I’ve had to get another job.
It’s a 0hr contract but I can be called in at anytime to go into work.
I will still be doing nails but I will be cutting down a lot.
So this means I will be closing my nail page so messaging will have to come directly to my personal profile page, and only keeping a few appointments when I can do them. I
This is does not mean I’m quitting nails!! I just need more security. I want to keep my roof over my head but constant cancellations at short notice has forced my hand.
I will take appointments when I can, as often as I can but there will be times I’ll have to rearrange.
I’m sorry.

Important Notice to All Clients

I want to take a moment to address something honestly and respectfully.

I have a set price structure for all nail services. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that some appointments are not being paid at the correct price. As a small business, this has a serious impact on me, I am currently losing money, and if this continues, I will not be able to keep my business open.

Moving forward, all appointments must be paid in full according to the service booked. Prices are non-negotiable. This is not personal, it is simply what’s necessary for my business to remain fair, sustainable, and open.

I truly appreciate every client who supports and respects my work, time, and effort. Thank you to those who always pay correctly and continue to support my small business 🤍

I can’t put into words how grateful and humbled I am by your kindness, support and generosity this year.
As most of you know it’s been a difficult one for me, and even with some to and fro’s, you amazing people have stuck by me and always kept me going.
