Sarah wanted to keep her hair a similar colour just freshened up and we did exactly that🪄

We are having a large number of clients bringing very small children to their appointment. Whilst we completely understand that childcare can be an issue, we are a training salon and this is not appropriate.

The trainees cannot give 100% focus on your hair in a stressful environment where children are present.

Our services take longer than a normal salon environment, so it is not a suitable situation for children to be present whilst Mums are having their hair done, sometimes for hours at a time.

I have had to make the decision that if someone brings a small child along to their appointment, we will not be able to carry out the service as it is not conducive to a positive experience for the client or the trainee.
